Engineers in Qatar are developing artificial clouds for them 2022 World Cup. Temperatures in this middle eastern country regularly go above 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer months. The Quatari engineers claim they can build solar powered clouds that will hover using a helium pocket that will be able to move using remote controls. The clouds would reflect the sun's rays away from the stadium to protect the spectators and players. They are intended to be eco-friendly and will cost about $500,000 each to produce.
